This Privacy Policy explains how NEB Collection (“NEB Collection”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit nebcollection.com, use our property search and AI assistant, or contact us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where it applies to you, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What data we collect

Forms and enquiries: first name, last name, email address, phone number, any message you write, the page you submitted the form from, and campaign (UTM) parameters. We also record that you accepted this policy.
AI assistant and search: the questions and filters you type into the search box and the NEB AI Assistant.
WhatsApp and phone: when you click a WhatsApp or phone link, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp or your phone app. We receive the details you choose to send us there.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

4. AI assistant

The NEB AI Assistant answers questions about our listings. The text you type, together with a summary of our public listing catalogue, is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, PBC) through its API so that an answer can be generated. Please do not enter sensitive information such as passport numbers, bank details or passwords. Assistant answers are informational and are not legal, tax or investment advice.

5. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Website hosting, security and content delivery (GoDaddy, Cloudflare);
Email and customer-relationship (CRM) tools used to handle enquiries (for example Kommo);
Analytics and advertising services (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hotjar), only according to your cookie choices;
AI processing (Anthropic);
WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us there;
Map and media providers (OpenStreetMap-based services, OpenFreeMap, Esri, Google Maps, YouTube) that receive your IP address when a map or video loads;
Our lawyers, engineers, developers and partners in Greece, where needed to handle your property enquiry and only with your involvement;
Public authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit the site, our consent banner lets you accept, refuse or customise cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Others are used only if you agree:

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry data: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it earlier.
Client records: for the period required by Greek and Turkish tax, accounting and legal rules.
Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each provider, generally 14 to 26 months.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier processing). Turkish residents also have the rights listed in KVKK Article 11. To use a right, write to info@nebcollection.com. We will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or the authority of your country; in Turkey this is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, spam protection and regular updates to protect your data. No online service can be completely risk-free, but we act promptly if an incident occurs.
